I’m not one who writes reviews often but I just loved working with Mikel-Ann. I’m thankful that a good friend recommended her to me and my wife (who is also a fan) after we had a miserable experience with someone from another agency. Mikel-Ann was right on top of everything. So much that it made our decision to move from Mt. Pleasant to Greer seem like it was meant to be as she took the reins and helped us get the perfect house. She knows the ins and outs of her business and the market. She is extremely organized, professional, quick to respond to questions and resolve problems. She has also built a great network of professionals from closing attorneys to inspectors to trades to help fix the house. I have built over 350 semi-custom homes over the last 25 years for various regional home builders, most of which I’ve dealt with buyer’s agents on. I know the good ones from the bad ones. Mikel-Ann was top notch. She has definitely found her calling. Her partner, Lydia Johnson, was also fantastic. I could go on for hours about the two of them. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to friends or family and will hopefully get the chance to do so.

Mikel-Ann is very professional, while still being very warm and friendly. She was always going above and beyond to answer any question or accommodate any scheduling needs. She is very knowledgeable in her field and helped my family get into our home. I would highly recommend anyone to get in contact with Mikel-Ann if they are in the market to buy or sell a home. She is top notch, and is so fun to work with.

With the expertise and knowledge of Mikel-Ann Scott as my agent, my townhouse was professionally staged, listed, and sold to the first buyer. The turn-key sales process was clear cut and thus stress free for me as the seller. Mikel-Ann set clear expectations before the sale so I knew what to expect every step of the way. I appreciated Mike-Ann’s responsiveness and communication throughout the sales process. I would highly recommend her and would definitely use her again.

Mikel-Ann Scott is a realtor extraordinaire! She made the process of buying my home streamlined and well organized. As a business professional & mother of four, my time is limited. I put full confidence and trust in Mikel-Ann to take care of all the details of my search & purchase, and could not have been more pleased with the results. She uses precision & is an elite professional in real estate sales. Mikel-Ann was sensitive to my family's needs and special requirements in what we were looking for in a timely manner. I always felt like a priority in her busy day. She completely drove it home when it came to negotiating, securing financing, and closing on the best possible property. Mikel-Ann and her team are top notch. Very knowledgeable, very professional. They know the market and were great about helping us find what we were looking for--even for helping us find things we didn't think we were looking for, but turns out we were! We appreciated them also helping us vet properties which were thankfully filtered out for reasons we hadn't known to look for. As we are new to the area, we have appreciated the many high quality local referrals she has been able to provide from handymen to plumbers to landscaping...she has patiently and thoughtfully made great recommendations for us. I highly recommend Mikel-Ann and her team.

Mikel-Ann not only guided us through buying a house but with selling two houses at the same time. She was a wealth of knowledge and was there every step of the way to ensure we had movers, inspectors and cleaners lined up which helped make the home buying and selling process less stressful.

I sold and bought a house using Mikel-Ann as my realtor and would recommend her to anyone! As far as selling, she makes recommendations for small repairs that will add much more value to the home. My house looked so good after the small, inexpensive repairs that it almost made me reconsider whether to sell it. She has connections galore!! Her contractors show up and do the work timely. She is so personable, just a complete joy to work with! On the buying side, she knows what you're looking for and will have links sent to you daily. Constantly in your inbox, with options for your next home. She made the process so easy, dealing with all the paperwork, lining up contractors, appointments, etc. Just can't say enough good things about Mikel-Ann!

As a first time home buyer, I was extremely lucky and grateful to be blessed with Mikel-Ann as my realtor. I had hundreds of nervous questions I would text her with at all hours. She kindly answered every one in a way that made total sense to a newbie. She really held my hand and calmed my nerves through the whole process. I came away with a home I love and a positive buying experience. I highly recommend Mikel-Ann. She's pretty much the greatest.
